Once again the game won't load. Sigh. Also, when purchasing a buff item for a hospital floor using hearts eared from helping others, a message says the item is now in the free place. Well where is that? How do I get to this mysterious place?

Before it started having problems it was five star one of my favorites but now I'm tired of updating hoping for a fix just to still have to deal with loading my game and seeing it didn't save and I've lost all my progress. When are the developers going to fix the problem? If it's not fixed soon i will have to add this game to my game graveyard and that's sad it's a great game so relaxing

Why do I need to restart the game everytime a patient goes to the wellness area now? I can't do anything else because the finger doesn't let me go back so I have to close the game. Very annoying
