Have been forced to use the Homes at Halls app with my accommodation where on the first day of moving in I was unable to fill out my inventory, putting my deposit on the line. In attempting to fixed the issue I called the provided helpline where that person didn't realise that that number was helpline and had my call passed over to several clueless people before being told may times occasions that my details were going to be passed up to the people who run the app. Still heard nothing from them.

Constantly logged out by the app and it leaves me unable to login again for days at a time. I tap "submit" to login and it just does nothing. Have tried uninstalling, and have tried on numerous devices. It does this very frequently leaving me forced to contact reception and not actually using the app.

The notifications are the world's worst thing, worse than being stuck inside at uni. I've disabled all categories in the settings but it still gives me notifications. FIX IT!
