Your UPRIGHT GO is worn discreetly on your upper back and provides you with immediate posture feedback. In TRAINING mode, the GO vibrates gently when you slouch to remind you to maintain an upright posture. The vibration can be easily customised to best fit your personal lifestyle and preferences. In TRACKING mode, the GO keeps track of your daily posture habits without vibrating. The UPRIGHT GO mobile app is where you’ll find tutorials to guide you along with daily statistics to track your progress and live monitoring of your posture status using an animated character. The app generates a personalised training plan customised to meet your individual needs, including a set of daily training goals. Each goal represents your recommended daily training time.

I used this app a few months ago - it's basic but functional. The training plan is great. I wanted to start again, so i requested my data be deleted and downloaded the upright go 2 app. Hated it, deleted it, redownloaded the original upright go app. Now I'm happy. I may be happy, but i still have a couple of gripes : 1. I have to email to ask to have my training data deleted by the company. It should be an option in the app. Why isn't it? 2. It's not an option to extend my training programme.

Slightly disappointed. I thought this would be something I could wear all day and it would buzz when I started to get slouchy. Instead it does a trainer for a few minutes and then it tracks for a few minutes.

I've only had it for a few days now and it works perfectly! I'm 62 years old and have had poor posture for as long as I can remember. I've tried the things that you wear that pull your shoulders back but they were all very uncomfortable. You can't even tell you're wearing this unless of course you slouch. Great product!

Update: Still using every day. I prefer to keep it in training mode so I get prompted when I slouch. Only been using for a week but already feeling relief in neck and shoulders as Upright keeps me upright. 🙂 Prompts me to stop slouching.

I like it and would buy it again but i don't think this would be for everyone. It constantly disconnects and does not report data during its time being disconnected even once reconnected, so the only effective mode is training mode. In rhis mode the device vibrates somewhat loudly when you slouch, so for me working at home its fine and the device is doing its job. If i worked in an office where i might be self conscious about the vibrsting though i don't think i would get much use from this.

It's sure great to mention (vibrating) when you do lean over too much. It has most options I could ever have thought I needed, and also "teaches" you about training and and reminds you in some times to remember to train. I say, at this time at least, that I don't have anything bad to say about it.

No longer works. Keeps saying a firmware update is needed but the app won't connect to the device. Reached out to support and all they do is copy-paste the FAQ. Still waiting for a response after more than 2 weeks. (Unfortunately, because they never reply, chasing via Email seems to be useless)

10 days in, I've enjoyed my Upright Go. The first few days were quite easy but now that I'm up to 30m training sessions I can feel some slight challenge in my core muscles. I think my back pain is already slightly reduced but time will tell. Looking forward to continuing the initial 24 day training period. The app is simple to use and the coaching easy to follow. I have experienced some of the connectivity issues others are describing but they haven't been all that problematic. (Google Pixel 3)

My posture is terrible and I've tried various uncomfortable bracers-this is a bit more expensive than they were but I have seen fantastic results already! Highly recommend!

It's so effective it is annoying the first few days while you realize how bad your posture is!
