With compared to previous version, it is good to have all options like web in this version. But it is taking too much time to load the massages and profile page and also others. But when I go to web site using same device, it is loading normally. I don't know this problem is occured only to me or not. Sometimes this problem may have occured to others also. please look into this issue.

Great job. Would be nice if you can add a notification icon on the top right corner though. That shows as you open the app if there's any new notification and you can just click on it and see if it's a message an invitation or any notification. Would be far easier access than the menu bar. Would also be very nice if you can send completed jobs through the app. Always crashes when you try to send any file up to 50mb. And I end up looking for a computer. For video creators, not the best when you have tight deadlines and due to maybe power or internet emergency, you have to send the job via mobile. Sometimes I then have to upload to drive or Dropbox. And not every client appreciates that. They want to download and watch and give feedback instantly. The round trip to Dropbox or drive isn't always convenient and is slower.

I love Upwork, but I have to say that I find the app rather useless. As a freelancer I work with a PC, so I can use chat there (which is really all this app has to offer - chat). Submitting proposals through smartphone is too much work, especially that I can just hop on my PC and do it there much faster. And the fact, that you can't track/see your active jobs is just outrageous. I hope they'll improve the app, I really want to like it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Having spent a lot of money with freelancers on this platform, I can honestly say the level of service is substandard at best. Contractors rarely have the skills they say they possess. Further more. When I tried to add my own service to the platform knowing it was better value than 95 percent of the contractors on there, I was rejected over and over again with a generic blanket email without any reason as to why. This is a profiteering scam

I use Upwork's website a lot! I expected to be able to do a lot of what can be done on the website on the app, but that isn't the case. It would be great if all of the desktop filters for job searches could be in the app as well. I wish I could sort by price because the jobs suggested to me on the app are usually the cheap ones. Also, you can't track or edit any of your hours in the app. The app is more for easily communicating with clients than it is for anything else.

The service on this platform is beyond lacking. They aren't very helpful and considering the platform would be nothing without their users, you'd think they'd value users and assist when troubleshooting fails. Nope. Not in my case at least, the staff failed to assist me in any meaningful manner and really just wasted my time. Find another platform Upwork is garbage sadly these days. Maybe they'll fix their support system but I have a feeling they only care about automating their business and letting it go rather than putting the time in to assist users. Maybe if they can fix their customer support I'll be back to try upwork but I'm not holding my breath.

It's a wonderful app, and functions efficiently as a modified version for the website. However, a few more features should be added to the Mobile App as its limiting, as I find myself using the website from time to time. Also images I attempt to download from messages on the mobile take forever and yet not download, please look into that.

This is a good app and works well for finding freelance work and keeping in touch with clients. However, a lot of the features which are available online aren't on this app. This is sometimes inconvenient as you can't see earnings, your profile, and various other things. If the developers can work more of the full website features into the app it would be a lot better.

I don't understand why are you pushing the new app so much when it is worse than this one. It is extremely slow, it is late with notifications or won't show them at all, and even after you do see the new message the notification doesn't go away, it will notify you for the same message over and over. Please don't terminate the old app before you fix the problems with the new one. A few days trial of the new app has cost me a lot of bad points with my clients.

You can chat with your clients – that is good but that is all. No account settings. I can't even observe my profile while I'm using this app. I saw a comment here, the developer says that the app is meant to support the desktop version, not to replace it. What if I'm for some reason unable to use my desktop app atm? Let's be clear, the desktop app is trash and freelancers are using website since it's more convenient. Now I have to delete the mobile app and use the website for the same reason.
