Had ordered two chicken breast pieces that were delivered fresh and without hassle. However, I was also sent a pack of complementary garlic chicken sausages. While I was pleasantly surprised to receive it, much to my horror, they were spoilt! The date of pkg was 14 Oct, best before was 12 Nov and my order date was delivered on 8 Nov, maybe you guys were clearing unused stocks and you need to do better! Sending spoilt meat to a customer without having even ordered it is unnecessary and dangerous!

Pathetic, set location issue. If I have to call and place my order what's the whole point of having an app? Customer service does not respond ever on chat feature. Customer care just called to check the issue, but I'm not going to share my location with random people who call me. You guys should get a good developing testing team, maybe then give me a call.

I was skeptical at 1st cuz of the reviews bout the app, but I'm delighted right now. Got my order promptly. Easy to use and order. Customer support is good too. Delivery is good too. You can avail delivery on any day of your choice and in your preferred time slot. Check your pincode though, whether it's available for delivery. Recently they expanded their delivery to my pincode too & I'm so ecstatic! Must try! The food is chef's kiss!

Pathetic App!!! This review is for the app. To start with the interface seems like some college grads last semester project. I had problem registering via phone number. The customer support was unreachable so I had to login via Google account which I don't prefer. Then the app crashed. When I logged in again, I had lost items in my cart. Searching for items is a pain as well. I hope I not disappointed by the ordered product. Overall bad app experience.
