My many attempts to log in is just like this app...FAIL! Your customer portal on the website always having "temporary problems with credit cards issued by Scotia Bank", seems more like permanent problems. Do better WASA. Why is it so hard to pay your bill. But you all quick to cut off people supply. DAMN shi...sewage.

Horrible app. Nothing works on it accept making payments and if you have more than one account linked to the app, you are screwed.

I dont know if it actually works. Whenever you submit any information it cycles indefinitely saying "please wait", but never comes out of this cycle. You have to force a shutdown on the app. I am uninstalling this app.

When submitting a truck-borne request, the app freezes and does not complete the transaction. The app is as frustrating to use as the customer service hotline.

Sorry I couldn't give it zero stars. This app is a waste of time just like wasa I try to log in many times to report a leak but who cares let the water just waste.

This app needs fixing..everytime you logout and try to log back in you hv to reset password...when you try to mk a payment it cut off or decline
