This was the first time staying with Vacasa Vacation Rentals. It was nice and quiet and the king bed slept very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen came with all the amenities. We enjoyed having the pool table but it needed to be updated. We were very disappointed that the dining chairs and couches we're not up to par for what we paid. We felt we were deceived by the pictures and the porch and steps definitely needed some work. The cleaning could of been better also.

No property type selection? Seriously? This is a glaring failure for a vacation rental app. It lets you filter by such essential amenities as "ping pong table" and "sound view" but not the property type? They really need to allow you to filter by condo, house, etc.

Very frustrated. Our vacation was canceled last yr due to CoVid. We were given an extension, which is great. But, I've emailed to inquire about my credit not showing and I have yet to hear back. I try logging into the app. and it crashes and closes. Kinda need some help. Not wanting to lose $1100 because of no communication. Will consider changing comment and rating once I speak to someone!!

Super easy to use. Functional. Only wish the app had some chat or txt type function to communicate with Vacasa. That did not change my experience with Vacasa I use the. All the time never let me down.

Impossible to login with a password app. I've got a reservation with this app and am now going to their mobile site. No point in an app that doesn't let you log in!

You can't search unless you have dates. You put in dates & then it lets you specify dates which is a little backwards. So it's kind of useless to use as a long term planning tool. Stick to VRBO.

Great app but the identity verification redirects to the web and the website does not load. Not great experience.

I am unable to login to the app, the login page freezes. Since I am unable to login, I am unable to save the properties that I am interested in, nor see my credits for rental. The app needs the kinks worked out.
