Love the app! Sometimes it seems to start counting down and gets worse the more I use it, sometimes counting down from 20! It makes my process slow. Anyone know a fix for this?

Overall good, does what we need but needs some improvement. 1) Instructions VERY basic and sparse. We eventually figured it all out but it would have been faster if the info had just been in the manual to start. 2) there is a countdown that must finish before each scan which gets progressively longer with each scan. No explanation as to why. Do we need to upgrade? 3) says we can upgrade the app. Try to and its an endless loop. No explanation what upgrade would include if we were able to.

It works very well, great information provided. It is missing the option of adding a custom color value. I want to add my color codes to base my scans off of.

Worked great until I could no longer format scans to CSV file. I was told a fix would happen 11/13 but there is no update yet. Please get this fixed !

Just did an app update and now it crashes when I try to go to settings or select any of my saved color swatches...will raise stars once this is sorted.
