This app is so frustrating to use!!! Always seems to be some kind of connection issue that throws it off. You can watch something for 10 minutes and try to switch to another channel but it won't connect!!! Really considering not using FIOS non-mobile because you have to be at home to access all channels and I hate have having to force close this app everytime I want it to work!!!!!! I disconnected from my Wifi and it worked but as soon as I reconnected it shut down again? GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE

Constantly bugs out and tells me while I am home on my wifi that it cant establish a connection. I probably contact customer service approximately once per month about this and they can never offer a long term solution. One rep told me it's a problem with the boxes that they havent been able to figure out. For me, it makes DVR service the equivalent of throwing money in the toilet.

Awful search function. The native search is so poor that you need to use Google to find the channel and time for the show you want to record and then go to the guide and select the program. The native engine returns lots of irrelevant results but doesn't find the program you're looking for, like a 90s web search.

The app isn't really mobile. You can't use it outside of your home. There's always error messages when trying to watch programs recorded on my DVR or live television. Not to mention all the freezing in the middle of watching something. One day it works the next it doesn't. Too inconsistent. The app seems to be updated a hundred times but never any fix for the real issues preventing the app from being really useful.

I love FiOS.. It's the best cable option every . However.. This app is garbage or should I say the ability to watch your DVR recordings away from home sucks. It freezes and stops and gives an error every like 20 minutes. You have to keep hitting retry. Then when it finally comes back it's rewinded back a ways. It's totally annoying. I didn't have this problem at all with my old provider.

Remote viewing of DVR content is abysmal! The show starts ok but as things progress: buffering, errors requiring app restarts, skipping forward/backwards takes close to a minute (when it works). I've been a FIOS customer for many years. This app has NEVER worked well. I've had the same problems throughout. I use other streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc) and don't experience anything like this. I have home GigE service. However, watching live FIOS content remotely is not bad.

I can't get any assistance regarding my television freezing constantly. put in a support ticket, 4 days later they tell me to call support or use VZBOT....I sign into vzbot, explain my problem, they state the will reboot (which I do multiple times a day) but they don't follow through and send me to support to open a request. just spinning in circles....crazy

App sucks. Verizon support sucks. Verizon customer service sucks. Verizon overall sucks. I have been unable to stream recordings through app. Verizon CS is useless and incompetent.

The app rarely works for DVRd programs and when it does, if you're not on using fios wifi it buffers a lot so good luck watching your shows when traveling. Its really difficult to navigate trouble shooting on the app. Also if you call tech support, most all of them are clueless how to deal with app issues.
