Horrible app have all these features and cannot enjoy due to buffering, freezes, have to keep signing in and out on tv, lot of problems, doesn't seem like you all are trying to resolve the issues, been going on to long will have to cancel to you all resolve the problems.

There over 50 PEOPLE who had problems trying to cancel this subscription. The app is trash and I had to cancel my card because they KEPT charging me. Do yourself a favor NEVER LET them get your credit card they will destroy your credit. If you keep trying to charge my card I will report you for fraud. We should bring a class action suite if you want to let me know got good lawyer ready to TAKE THE CASE.

After reading all the reviews I see we are all having the same problem. Currently buffering mine wont even start to watch anything. I agree if you are paying for something it should work. All of my other apps are working execpt this one so its not anything to do with my wifi. I hope yall fix this soon or will be canceling.

I enjoy the shows and movies but keeping the app up is the problem. The shows buffer alllll the time and you have to keep reopening the app to get it to work properly. I wiiiiish someone would fix, update, or cancel the app until its fixed. Tired of paying for something I can't comfortably watch.

The Ms.Pat Show is f'ing amazing. Worth the subscription just for that show. There's some weird connections issues with the App though, it prompted me to "Check network connection" when I had a full signal, I hit ok and it started playing again. They've definitely gotta make that not pause the video (it happened right in the middle of a major scene), and if there is a reduction in signal, instead of pausing the video, just lower the quality temporarily like YouTube and Netflix.

For $9.99 this app is really bad. I already canceled my subscription once and after only ten mins about to do it again. Cant watch a full episode without it buffering every 5 mins. And sometimes when I go to start a new show from season nothing will be there but a description of the show. This app is very bad. Not sorry!!

Signed up today to watch All the Queen's Men and BET+ has been acting up ALL day ( phone, computer and 2 diff firesticks). If keeps buffering every few seconds while trying to play and it will eventually say "Sorry, this video is not available." I don't know if there's too much traffic or what. I'm getting irritated because I can't even enjoy the show because it won't play for a full 30 seconds. Definitely canceling after my free trial. Disappointed.

Android TV app tells me every few episodes that I need to check my connection. I can hear the content playing behind the full screen error warning. I have no issues streaming up to 4k HDR content from any other apps and no issues streaming games via Stadia. So my internet (500 Mb up and down) is not the issue. Ms. Pat show was great and I still enjoyed binge watching Martin but this constant error is a deal breaker.

PLEASE FIX THE BUFFERING!!! I recently downloaded the app to watch the new shows, but it buffers every few seconds. For you guys to have the great shows and movies, the buffering is intolerable. And based on several reviews of the buffering, this should be an immediate concern to the founders/owners of this app. Please fix it!

Bought the service so that I could stream Martin instead of whipping out the DVDs all the time but I'm encountering the same issue as everyone else with this spinning wheel of never-ending buffering. With multiple people reporting this issue, you'd think the developers would come up with a universal solution instead of asking every other reviewer to email support. This will be my last month subscribing, the DVDs it is.
