Notifications not working on my Android 9 phone. They work on my old Android 6 phone and Android 7 tablet. Needs bringing up to date, particularly as it's a paid service.

I am impressed with this app and the news one gets. Subscription is over priced for alerts, you do get an excellent app service though (if you can afford it). The customer care isn't as helpful though, and the information and service is the same as birdguides. The app itself is almost flawless as its easy to set up. The news filters took a while to appear which Id thought the app lacked, I wasn't given any help from the team about this before hand and they didnt give me accurate info either from day 1.
