Unusable. Spent 3 days trying to rent a car, nothing work (payment refused with 3 cards, tried on 2 phones, 2 computers, etc etc). They use something called "3d secure" that American banks don't support. Email support is useless and doesn't even read your message (someone just copy and paste automated answers). Worse experience I have seen just to rent a car. I can't imagine if you have any problem when you succeed to rent one. Run away! Account deleted, app uninstalled.

Submitted all personal information (name/financial info, pic of driver's license, pic of passport) only to have reservation canceled without explanation. Notified via email but no reason provided. Called help number, agent said he couldn't explain either and that the "security team" wasn't in to take my call. So, someone is there to cancel my reservation but not explain themselves? Virtuo has lost its only chance for my business.

Booked 3 weeks in advance and provided all documentation. They charged my card over 300€. Then, 2 hrs before the reservation, they said they had a problem with my card they already charged and wanted it to be under the same name. We changed the charging card to be under the same name, but even then they cancelled the reservation less than an hr before (while we were on chat with them!) After they cancelled, no further response via chat. Don't depend on this service!

Wish I could add 0 stars. First documents refused with no reasons, had to re-uploaded them, second they told me we can't validate your account because the cards is not the same name than the account, had to re-upload again.... And many other problems and still they don't validate my f**cking account and they trying to avoid to refund me.... run away from them

TERRIBLE BUSINESS PROCESS. IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS, I WOULD. Attempted to make a reservation, submitted my documents, they couldn't wrap their head around the fact that I had a DL from one country but lived in another. Reservation was put on hold, they required more documentation. Reservation was finally verified, money charged to my bank card, then five minutes later, the reservation was canceled by their "security department because of anomalies." STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.

Terrible experience. Virtuo cancelled my booking because of some security issue on their end. The key randomly stops working in the app and I've had to call several times to get a new key. Will never use this company again.

The company is rubbish. Cancel booking at last minute with mediocre reasons. Ruined my whole plan. Not recommended if you have any plan you don't wanna miss. Pretext was security but my account was blocked at last minute and I had used service before. Avoid!!!! Security reasons!! Customer service reps even said it was unfair.. but he can't do anything, then I asked to talk to manager who refused to talk.. eventually ruined my plan for the whole weekend. Extremely unprofessional.

Car wasn't washed to validate for scratches on first day and I was pretty anxious after that but it soon eroded. Excellent customer support and great prices ! Well Done ! You made a mistake in beginning but hey after that no problems thus far (🙏 long may it continue) so I'm giving you guys 5 stars !!
