Push-ups are exercises to strengthen your arms and chest muscles. They are done by lying with your face towards the floor and pushing with your hands to raise your body until your arms are straight. App also displays statistics and history of day wise pushup workouts done. You can also reset or clear your push-up workout plans. You can set time of daily reminder to do push-ups workout.

    About 7 weeks in started at test day on 20 now up to 70. Well put together don't know how longer I can sustain the increases though. Although tonite it did increase my day 3 to a 4 minute rest. It definitely works. I was a gym bunny about 20 yrs ago. But this has got my chest bigger than its ever been
