This gorgeous software softly wakes you up. It turns on the screen 30 mins before the alarm with the darkest screen and increases slowly the brightness. --- /!\ All the features of this software are usable, but an in app purchase allows you to customize everything ! (From only 1€) --- In the middle of the process it can play birds sound, and if you didn’t wake up 1 minute after alarm time, it plays a strong sound to be sure you don’t miss. It also let the phone check the emails by turning the notification sound off and internet on. So when you wake up, you don’t have to wait to know what’s new :) If you sleep in a dark room it really wakes you up with the light, and if the phone points at you, your wife doesn’t wake up ! One more thing: This alarmclock is able to turn your phone in a "night mode" the evening, and turn back in day mode the morning. And so it shuts down the notification sound, internet, lower the brightness... ***FOR ANY BUG, PLEASE SEND ME A "BUG REPORT" (menu/bug report). THANK YOU !!*** For those who care, here is the explanation of the authorizations: CAMERA The app open the flash in torch mode at end of the alarm to add light on your room. To access the camera flash, I need to ask access to all the camera module. But... I never take any picture. READ WRITE FILES ON SD CARD I record data about app crash when it occurs. Then, you have choice to send it to me or not by email. WIFI, SYNC, SETTINGS In night mode, the app lower the brightness, mute sounds, turn off, wifi, turn of sync (to not have email notification) PREVENT PHONE TO SLEEP The alarm has a duration of 30 minutes. The screen has to stay open. LAUNCH AT BOOT When you boot your phone, the app is activated and setup the next alarm time.

As a former night owl and student, I have to say that this app has made my 6am wakings a lot less groggy. I have tested so many alarm apps, but I somehow always come back to this one. No fuss, no annoying ads, just an alarm clock that wakes you up without giving you a heart attack (we've all been there). Perhaps I wished I could add my own sound, but other than that, it's such a great app, I love it!

This app has been helpful when needing to get up before I see sunlight through my windows. I like the dimness during the night and the gradual brightness in the morning. If if it also incorporated some quality sounds or music to wake up to it would be a 5 for me. Not sure if that's and option with the paid version. I also wished the app kept working in the background of my phone instead of the lock screen system that I have now. Again, these perhaps are paid features.

This is a very clever app with the gradual sunrise. The nighttime view of the clock is at the perfect dimness. This app is a good deal more than I expected. Only problem I found is that times between midnight and 1 am show the hour as 0 instead of 12.

I really like the gradual alarm. Works well consistently. Easy to use, nice design. Great for weekends.

Great app. Love how it gently wakes me up. Excited to see how it works in the winter when daylight is late coming in the mornings

This app helps me wake up naturally without loud unnatural buzzing noises, the sleep cycle system is also incredible, it wakes me up just at the end of the cycle, so that waking up is as smooth of a process as possible. All in all, this app is one of the best alarm apps on the market, and certainly the best free alarm app. 10/10, would recommend.

Great app, helps me to wake up naturally. After setting alarm, can even recommend best time to go to sleep to make body more receptive to its light and and alarm!

Does Not Work The interface and features are great, the alarm would not go off! I tried changing app settings and permissions, background battery use restrictions, etc., none of it worked. The only way I could get an alarm to go off was by enabling the always-on lock-screen clock feature, which my phone already has anyway, and with the alarm app showing the clock all night it used up a ton of battery! In-app ads say year 2016 on them - not sure it's even still supported!

I wish the light had the option to start with red and not blue. The blue wakes me up already about ten minutes after the sequence starts, but it isn't as nice aa waking up to a red sky. I tried to snooze, but it just turns off the visualization. I very much appreciate that you can adjust the brightness of the sequence.

I like that the app is able to wake me up with some light. The paid version allows you to select different music options, but the free song I find is too much for me in the morning and makes me want to throw my phone across the room. It would be nice to be able to have the music fade in slowly the way the light does with some nice calming music. In a way that still allows you to control the volume, so you don't have to have a max volume.
