This app will not do any searches without paying for it. Every time I plug in my vehicle docking station it starts up automatically and s it lows down my phone. Worst of all I can't stop it from starting up automatically and I can't uninstall it. The traffic will not update properly or it is really behind. This thing is terrible. If I could I would give it a 0 star!

This app definitely needs to update! Not once but twice this app has taken me to the wrong location. I dont even rely on it anymore, I use my on star navigation. If you can't update locations so I can get to the correct places then there is no need for me to pay for this app.

Pull it together verizon. Its OK to ask for money. But you all are crooks. If it was 2.99 a month and 25 a year OK but verizon wants to charge you big time for something others do for free. Try maps. Its way better. And tell everyone to write to verizon and complain.

As said by other reviewers, I have to tap through several screens just to get to the app I actually want to use. Can't uninstall, may likely root. Verizon needs to get rid of this crap.

What would possibly make this paid service better than Google Navigation? PLEASE, PLEASE make thus un-installable. VZW's forcing these apps on us (MOG, video Discovery, Backup Assistant) is one reason why some users root their phones.

Traffic updates are inaccurate and doesn't stay current with closed HOV lanes. Non-intuitive interface. Free trial is easy to activate but annoying to try to figure out how to disable. If you want to get paid for a subscription, make it worth subscribing to; I probably wouldnt use this service if it were free.

I hate this app and want it gone. The nag screen every time I plug my phone into the vehicle dock is beyond annoying. A previous commenter, Brian, says "Go to Settings > Apps> Uninstall Updates" and uncheck the option to automatically install updates for this app, and the nag screen will go away. I have tried that previously and it didn;t work. I ended up having to root my phone to get rid of VZ Navigator. Verizon, stop trying to force me to use your app (and pay for it at that!). I use Google Maps, and will never use VZ Navigator.

Wish this crap wasn't on my phone. I hate that it starts up every time I put my phone on my car dock. I refuse to pay for something that's no where near some of the free ones out there.

why would anyone want to use this when google maps navigation is free, and better... Seriously, Verizon needs to stop forcing all these apps on us...my phone, my wireless plan, and Verizon ours not cheap, o should be able to choose what apps i keep, our delete...

Rooted phone just to quarantine this worthless and intrusive app. Greedy Verizon. I'm averaging 45gb a month on my unlimited data plan. Striving for 75gb. Suck it Verizon.
