Complete junk. When I first used it months ago everything worked fine. But when I changed phones and got a NEW number I haven't been able to use it. They want to text me a security code but send the text TO THE OLD NUMBER even though I notified Walmart of my new number...this is junk. Why do you even bother people with this app?

Clocking in/out/meals is terrible. I walk around the whole store trying to get it to work. I get a proximity error WHILE INE THE STORE. But at least I get paid for the ten minutes it takes me to finally get to clock out.

This app is horrible! I'm trying to start my job and this app apparently gives us information regarding orientation, in which I won't have because it will not allow me to log on. It just kicks you off. It also looks like you get more information from the employer such as scheduling and much more!! This is completely unprofessional, useless, and now is causing employees even more anxiety as you begin to start your new job. Horrible!!

Proximity error constantly while inside the store when it never used to do that. Constantly have to press the button. It's only for clock in, and meal end punches. Sometimes I have to use the computer or manual timeclock bc the app doesn't work for it. Coworkers been having the same issue. Been this way for over a week now. Please fix. Store 503. Worked fine before this

I love it, I just wish more managers and associates utilized it. I also wished ask sam was released for public use to replace the limited functionality of the website.

This app works fine on my personal phone. It does not work on my company issue XCover. There it says there is an error in the web address when I click the sign in button. Before sending me back to the login screen worked fine the first week or so. Uninstalled and re-installed more than once. Tired of running my phone dead for work. Also would be nice if it could search items by UPC number so that it's easy to look things up over the phone.

I don't know if it's an Android only problem but I can't clock in anymore, I can be in the very middle of the store with Walmart wifi on and it still says proximity error. Starting today it wouldn't even let me see my schedule or anything else on there. I can't do the covid screening either. Please do an update for Android

I can't log in into the app it works at first, then I log in into the computer at home, after that I went to the app on my phone it won't let me log in again. I had tried many times I already restart my phone and uninstall the wallmart app still not working.. I dont know what else to do pls.help!

For about two weeks now I have not been able to sign in it doesn't let me clock in,nothing. Everytime I try to sign in with the two step process it keeps me at the sign in prompt, I spoke to a representative via email and have yet to hear anything from them. I have called a number of times to the assistance line and I cannot get through..please fix this.
