Webroot I paid for a year. Worse site ever , downloaded on my computer. On my phone kept locking me out of my email , slowing my phone , blockng known sites that are trustworthy. That was the worse $60 I ever spent. I don't trust it. I kept having to change my password. Because it kept locking me out of my accounts . Terrible - all I have to say is " NEVER - EVER AGAIN " !

I have used Webroot and Webroot mobile for about 9 years we use the premium purchased package that we initially used for our PC and now all of our mobile devices. It's easy to use and customer service is amazing. You can actually speak to a person. The premium Security Suite what you going to let you know if an app is asking for permission to access your device and or the internet. Love it.

Haven't had the service one full week yet and already getting "your system is at risk" message. On top of that, there is a security issue that suggest fixing it by installing the SecureWeb Browser. When you go to look into that app it says it's "not compatible with your system". It seems to be a joke and I don't find it amusing!

Borderline adware if you dont purchase a subscription. Every 15 minutes using your phone an ad for bestbuy pops up. I have an active subscription and I use webroot on all my computers but come on. At least make the app pay to use or something.

I have webroot paid service. I never could get it on our phones, just a free version.That was very disappointing in and of itself. I have paid on our desktop PC, it works ok, BUT, in scans maybe 1/5 the files my old paid Bitdefender Total Security did. I am going back to Bitdefender as soon as this webroot 1 yr. is up. I have no plans to ever use Webroot again. Last, trying to get through to Webroot for help is impossible. I wish now I,d stayed with Bitdefender.

They just want money is all, support is very unresponsive and unhelpful. I have paid version but still get pop ups to pay for more stuff, don't know that it even works very well, just a money grabbing exercise. Purchased combined with licence for my PC as well which was supposed to include Last Pass but it keeps telling me I need to pay for upgrade to Premium. Neither Webroot or Last Pass want to help- update is support responded weeks later but are even more useless than I originally thought.

This app is uninspired. The interface is outdated, reminiscent of years past on Android. I love Webroot software for home use because it's extremely fast and efficient while remaining effective against malware. However, the mobile app needs love. I suspect they are divested from improving this app because mobile malware is exceedingly rare. There's just not much value left in mobile antivirus. With that said, I have no issues using this application.

Why do I get an error code when I try to scan for viruses if I'm not online. When I first installed the app this wasn't happening.

I have used Webroot for several years... and I have never been disappointed. In fact, it has saved me from clicking on questionable or malicious sites more than once. I don't know about anyone else, but Webroot gets my vote every time.
