Kind of disappointed. After paying for the full subscription, I eagerly installed. I work in a locksmith shop and have had the opportunity to use it numerous times. One of the most disappointing features is not being able to add search criteria to a code. Imagine if you could search for a code, lock type, maybe even keyway. Nothing sucks more than putting in a code and getting a billion useless results. Not sure I will renew my subscription because I also have a CodeMax with CodeSource. Update 4/26/20: so I found there is a feature to search for code with a key blank. Going to try it more in the coming week.

The advanced search feature sucks. It's stuck on Yale with no way to clear it. Yes, I've tried the "clear all" button from the menu in the top right, that only clears the fields typed. Even if this feature was fixed, I don't think I would give it more than one star. I've tried to use this app dozens of times and it never gives me a code that helps. I always try this app first but fall back to CodeSource every single time. I just like my customers to think I'm technically savvy...

Too expensive. Imagine having 3 or more locksmiths in a shop who need to use this app. You would have to pay for three serrate licenses. For that price, you might as well go with Lockcodes.
