Crossings take approximately 22 minutes by FastCat and from 40 minutes by car ferry. And we operate three convenient routes and over 45,000 crossings a year. Unable to log in, says my password is incorrect when I know it's not. Have reset my password multiple times now and I can log in with the same password online, but the app still refuses.

App stops working after the first time opening, but that first time is fine displays all needed information and easy to use, just pain having to reinstall it every time

Since Android 10 this app logs me out everyday and doesn't seem to want to recognise the password a lot of the time. This is incredibly frustrating if you are waiting to catch the ferry and can't get your ticket. Why does this not have a remember password function, so that even when it is playing up, there is a quick solution to overcome it.

Good when it works! Nice clean interface with good range of functionally, sadly since the last update it often locks up on the 'Display my pass' screen with no pass found although I have an in date pass with valid trips remaining. This doesn't happen every time but often enough for me to still need to carry the conventional paper Multilink pass.

Its not a terrible app but it could do with some tweaks to bring it up to speed. when you click to check what bookings you have, it doesnt bring them all up so you end up having to log onto the main web site. The service status doesnt appear to update either? If its made more stream line and a few problems ironed out itll be a good app with 5*

Ideally, I'd like the app to always automatically download the last booking and the next booking (or the next 2 or 3 bookings), however far in the past and future they are. Supplementing that with bookings in the next 120 days, and optionally historical bookings, as at present is then fine. The ability to manually add bookings is more than welcome, it would just be better not to need to do that to avoid an empty bookings screen. Please show something if you can, however ancient or distant..

The first day I downloaded this app it worked brilliantly and was very useful, every other time since it freezes and I have to shut it down. It freezes every time and I can never get my ticket info and therefore it is now useless. Very disappointed

Useless app from a disgraceful company. Downloaded app because bad weather was forecast and regularly checked the service status. It said that all sailings were running on time. I arrived at the terminal to find that the crossing I was booked on was cancelled but did not receive an app notification until much later. Additionally, customer service phone lines close at 6PM even though the ferry runs 24 hours a day. Wightlink communication and customer service is very poor.

Downloaded to see what sort of app a ferry business would have when recently using Wightlink for the first time. Very impressed with the look and feel. Lots of useful features. It's great to be able to see real time departure information. Did what it does very well and added to my positive impression of Wightlink. Well done, thanks!

I was hoping the recent reviews were wrong but they weren't... The app opens fine and seems to navigate fine but crashes every time I try to open the QR code to be scanned on and crashes every time I try to view my details or the tickets.
