Subscribed to transfer data from iPhone to Android, it failed to success and tried several ways. Contacted support team with no response. Requested refund and no response as well. Also, they will automatically save your credit cards data for auto renewal. Luckily I cancelled this feature. If you want to loose money, go ahead and good luck.

All you are doing is just fooling inocents, because this application is not able to recover anything from anywhere. It just show the number of deleted+current files but do nothing, after installing it says download the computer version too, after it just wastage of time, do nothing. It show that panel of device not rooted again & again but don't tell exactly what is it and how to do it, just show the current or undeleted files only. Its just a scam, please don't download it.

I got this to recover deleted texts on my phone, but it wouldn't let me unless I paid $7.99. After I did this, it still wouldn't, because apparently I don't have a rooted device. Some warning about that BEFORE I completely wasted my money would have been great.

Purchased in app upgrade and went through all these extravagant steps to find that my phone model isnt supported by the app. Now I'm out 10$ and lost hours of my life I'll never get back and the subscription is a recurring charge so now I get to figure out how to find someone to talk to about canceling

It is very difficult to understand and how to recover the deleted data....after the email address it didn't accept the root the device...it must be automatict to root the device...after a lot of time waste could not recover mt data...

Don't waste your money! As soon as you download it asks for money so I paid the 7.99. It still doesn't work. It should tell you from the get go that you need to install 3 other apps on your pc. (Still didn't work after wasting time downloading those) even before I downloaded it it said I didn't need a pc and that it work with galaxy s7. LIED! Don't waste your money and half your day.

Android to iphone fails at first step. Says backup data snd click on next. It repeats on the same forever even after your data backup is done locally and google drive and after following their steps. Waste of money

Doesn't work for pictures. I ran this app 4 different times and it didn't recover anything. I lost all of my pictures in gallery ( I think during an update). I looked everywhere and the pictures somehow disappeared. I paid 7 for the app and it ran overnight and still didn't recover one single picture. I had over 1000 pictures and videos which were backed up on dropbox and google pictures ...and poof.. gone...so frustrating that in 2019 there isn't an app that can recover them.

Installed to recover deleted text messages, then paid for the premium version because the trial version doesn't support recovery. After paying $7.99 to upgrade, the app still wouldn't work to recover anything because my phone is not rooted. I can't get a refund because it was an in-app purchase. I wish I could rate with less than one star. Complete waste of time and money!

Do not install this app on your phone or PC if you are expecting to get what you pay for!!I did a factory reset on my phone because of hardware issues and it wasn't until I tried to restore my data that they asked for money. So I bit the bullet and paid the 30$😲 license fee for only 5 devices on 1pc. Then it wouldn't restore my data, it just kept crashing. I contacted support and they told me to restore things one category at a time because their high-dollar program has issues with large files.
