Very disappointing! I have paid for yearly subscription and I was only able to use the app properly for one week before it started getting glitchy. I literally had to close the app 100 times and reopen up the app over and over again because my video was not loading on the screen. I also restarted my phone several times. The app keeps freezing, it doesn't allow me to export my videos, the screen goes black. I spent extensive time on my project and it's not loading anymore. Time I can't get back

I love this app. It has many great features and it's editing skills is amazing! But why did I just reviewed it 3 stars? First, it has only a maximum of 15 text that you can put. I hope you maximize it more because I am editing with captions. Two, it has only limited choices of fonts, transitions etc. I hope you can add more in the future! Last and not the least, it uploads too slow than other apps I used. But other than that it's a great app and I recommend you to install itt!!

I am fully expected that this app is very useful but in the end that expectation is fade because when ever I using this app, it is always have a crashing especially when your are in the middle of you editing it cannot open properly. How disappointing and unsatifying app, for me the old version is better than the new one. Thank you pls my concerning also is to fix that crashing or bug in your app I am rating you 1 as long as it is not fix already.

New version isn't better. Any suggestions? Yep. Change back to the old version because that's what I paid for or have two versions and let me and the other people who agree with have the previous style back The problem is the app isn't as good as it was. You need to listen to the reviews here that say exactly that. Previous version was far better and easier to use and that's why I paid to remove the watermark, it was great and now it's awkward to use in comparison

I downloaded the app. Had to pay to remove the watermark which is fine. Then paid to covert in the resolution that I wanted. Which is also fine by me. The issue comes when I export the video. I doesn't let you save the video to you phone. Nor does it recognize the file that it created if don't upload to any social media site. Therefore I am stuck with it saying recent project with no way to finish it to be viewed by any other app on my phone.

I started to understand the New ui format, in new version old projects is gone. the old one was more intuitive. old version is easier to understand for me edit one by one clip at a time. old version have auto effects MOVE THE STILL IMAGE . new version not support local fonts such as สวัสดี .advantages new version have crop 16:9 tiktok format and can add effects between clips is great.

I used to like this app because it's handy and I WAS editing videos using my smartphone version of this for 3 yrs. Now, it's nothing but an app ripping money out of me. The free features before were better than what's currently available. The filters, the transition, the theme, I like the vintage-ish the most. The music feature is so complicated. You have to scroll further than easily search for a keyword.

I just updated the app. Sadly it's a shell of its former self. Previous one had a lot more liberties, lot more options. This new one lacks many of those. I used to love making videos with your app and even used to recommend it to anyone I came in contact with. But sadly I won't be doing that anymore since you limited a lot of your previous functionalities. I'm gonna have to look for another app, sadly.

Crashes everytime I go to start new project, it will not open up gallery. Paid for watermark removal. Requesting refund. Still no refund? And I've contact support nearly 5 weeks ago, but I've not had any kind of update since. Waist of time this app, dont bother downloading. Obviously, something has gone very wrong with the app lately just read the rest of the reviews.

Update: 10/4/20. There's no option to reply back so I'll edit this. I did the following restore purchase option and only got the logo removal feature. All the other features I paid for in the past never recovered. I emailed them twice about this issue and never got a reply back. Looking further I noticed they redid/reword the additional features, which could be why I will never get them back. Rather than dealing with them, I forwarded a complaint to google to have them investigated.
