Multiple problems, reset password and username says successfull, then when trying to login, says credentials incorrect. Also, go back in to forgot password, enter date of birth, except this time it won't change the year.

Can't login or register! Installed the app. Used the same credentials I use to login online. App says incorrect. When trying to register I am told that I'm already registered. I don't want to have to go through password reset as it works for the website just fine.. So.. poor overall..

Everything simple to set up and use until log out. Wouldn't have expected to have to go back to settings to find it. Should be on Home screen. Not optimised for my Samsung Galaxy Tab A so hoping you can do some amendments to support that.

Can't login like all other users, app premature for prime time. Edit: Can login now, they don't except strong passwords yet but will be a future update Edit 2: Great customer service, they've added strong passwords again and tried it now everything is working as should.

When wanting to get reminder on username or password, going back on every month and every year to get to your birth date is a painful process. One in which I got bored and will delete the app

Gave up trying to register as to enter my birth date on my android phone would have meant swiping back over every month for the last 60 years! Need to be able to just enter date of birth
