I am a long time user of this app & never have any issues with it not working on my current android phone. Additionally, this app STILL works on my old Windows 10 Lumia, of which I still use that phone as an app & music streaming device when connected to my Wi-Fi. The only thing I miss in this app on android is that there aren't catagory tabs on top (Reviews, Editorials, Surface, Xbox, Apps etc) as those tabs are in the Windows Phone app. I'm guessing it is a limitation on the Android platform.

I love being able to read all about windows and surface and all that stuff without having to go to a website! I'm having a little trouble creating my avatar, but other than that it's great! Also I love the widget and how you can put it in Microsoft launcher.

Repeated stories/articles monthly & bi-monthly, scrolling issues and unresponsiveness have driven me away from WC. First it was AC, now this. Ive barely been using it anymore, so I'll just save the storage.

Microsoft News widget got rounded corner that alligned with Windows 11. Somehow, Windows Central widget don't have it, it's almost 11 don't you think?

With the latest update, the crash issue has been fixed. Thanks. However, links do not open within the app and opens it on browser. External links don't open at all. Finally, please update the app for Android 10. The white bar at the bottom when using the navigation gestures is an eyesore when using dark mode.

The app no longer crashes at launch on a fresh install even if I remove storage permission, which is good. Still needs polish though, feels like it got a bit snappier but there's room for improvement. Also, it crashed once already transitioning between articles. That weird blank screen with a green bar at the bottom is still shown every 5 articles when sipping between stories consecutively. I don't know what's up with that but it is quite jarring.

The app is fantastic. So are the notifications. But when you tap on them, it redirects to the browser. Not the app. And there is no way to change it. So, it sucks. Basically, this app is for getting notifications only lol. If you want to read something in the app, you gotta open the app and search for it.

The latest update says it tweaks article styling and reduces memory usage. That's all good and everything. But for some reason, it has messed up the scrolling when in articles. It feels stuttery and not smooth at all. Please fix it.

Crashes on launch after recent update 3.22. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it was ok for a few minutes, then crashed. Now it won't launch again, just crashes every time. Also, app logo didn't change with update.

Useful info, but way too many items about games and articles which are not Windows related and just seem to be there for padding. Also the same adverts at the bottom of every item. Sadly, the quality is slipping compared with how it used to be.
