This site does not deserve even 1 star...most horrible delivery service...they keep giving false reasons for not delivering the product sometimes they say u requested open package delivery, sometimes they say u have given wrong pincode..when in reality they never call , never make an attempt to deliver, they have the most unsupportive and horrible customer support.. completely useless...I have lost 5 orders because of them..I would urge all brands not use there delivery services

The delivery personnel are the most unprofessional people I have come across. They don't attempt delivery or contact me and they falsely mark it "customer not available". The customer care team is also not helpful. When you call, most of the time they cut your call. If they do answer, they just tell you to wait for 24 hours. Customer care via email is also pathetic because they don't respond there either. My parcel has been delayed by one week because of their incompetence and unprofessionalism

Worst delivery service. I lost my 4 orders through Xpressbees. Returned without my knowledge or contacting me. No tracking updates. Shame on you. Delhivery, blue dart, ekart, etc. will reattempt delivery within 3 days or 48hrs if they couldn't connect the customer. But Xpressbees will return it with the consent of customers. Enquired, no use. Customer service is the worst I've ever seen.

One of the worst courier service. I am not willing to give 1 star also. I don't understand why First cry is choosing Xpress bees. They don't deserve the partnership. Packages arrived on 19th November. After that no updates and nothing. I have visited their office and they said we will not deliver it to you do whatever you want to do. They will change the tracking updates incorrectly. Please check with the website about their courier services before placing the orders

Worst experience so far, wouldn't even give a single star. They keep lying with updates saying customer requested further delivery and such while they haven't even contacted the customer!! and almost every review here screams they're FRAUD. I still am not sure why they can't correct this or why some other sites choose this as their mode of delivery. I really hope this stops until they're ready to actually be honest and deliver stuff in time!!

Worst service ever. Delivery guys never show up instead keeps postponing the delivery saying i was not available. Support is worse, these people keep you on hold for 20mins+ without talking to you after answering the call and all your parcels get lost somewhere ( cannot track them no matter what ) , the delivery agent doesnt even bother calling you nor will they be available at the time of delivery. Please do not use this app or service. The worst service ever. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is my third experience with this fraud company. They keep postponing delivery sending false messages, i.e., " customer was not available", " incomplete address" etc. I can not understand why various vendor companies are engaging this worst delivery agency, geopardizing their own reputation. Perhaps this is the cheapest delivery agency. Their customer "support" is even worse. No response, no care for customer. Because they know they have hooked vendors, hence to hell with customer!

worst app and worst service. its been 9days since the item reached its destination,yet the item is not delivered. i think its a scam this company is a scam, customer service is far more worse. its a big mistake from my side.

Wrost delivery app ! delivery boy never call me and give the reason for not delivery the parcel that customer is not there for receiving the order.here i am waiting more than a week from expected time of delivery but still my order did not deliver yet very bad
