Requirement Rooted Samsung Galaxy Note2 N7100 and Note3 N900 [DON'T USE ON ANY OTHER DEVICE] It is small utility to backup/Restore EFS for Smamsung galaxy NOTE 2 N7100 and Note3 N900 Installation and Activation -Needs Rooted device -Enable USB debugging -Click on App Icon - This will prompt for backup and Restore menu, select your choice. -When you select backup - It will backup and make efs.img file on Int SD card, also it will create text file just to stamp time,date and device model while you created backup. Now move both file to safer place. -When you needs to restore, put efs.img file (your backup) on root directory of Int SD card, run application and select to Restore. Once restore done, Reboot device. Note : This application is not for just playing around, DON'T restore just to check/test application, Restore option must be used only when you really needs it. Before downgrading my S4 from Lollipop back to Kitkat, I backed up my IMEI. Having had trouble with efs partition before, I used several different apps to create my backup. Of course after downgrading I lost my IMEI. None of the other apps was able to restore it. This was the only one that was able to actually use the backup file of efs folder and restore my IMEI.

Worked well, a must have as I found with my GT N7100 when it became an expensive paper weight. Couldn't find my original backup, new update will help with this. Thanks Dr you deserve a beer.

It would be really great if the restore worked coz once my imei got corrupted and I didn't had the backup file. I tried everything but didn't worked. At last I took it to service center and it cost me very much. Looking forward to use this app already made a backup and keeping ur one star till then

Did it's job beautifully with out any drama. It is a must have if your phone is "rooted" and you want to try a different ROM. It is basicly insurrance, you don't want to make a claim but when you do it is a great life saver.

I know this is a great restore app.but is this still helpful if my phone already lose the imei before i istalled this?or am i too late?
