Outdoor battery powered camera is the best, 24/7; but it does not pick up all movement of cars and people. We have 4 cameras in our house windows but they do not show images at night, due to reflection. These cameras, however, provide another layer of security in addition to our alarm system, at modest cost.

Generally works for remotely monitoring my 4 Yi Kami Home cameras, though there are multiple glitches including it taking far longer for certain camera feeds to load compared to others, and the app crashing on Chromebooks when trying to view alert videos more than once. Definitely needs work.

The only thing I don't like is the cameras work by batteries and I wasn't informed that before I got the service. I can't climb up on anything so I may have to return them and try to find a system that have cameras that's battery free

These little camera's are awesome, I just replace a couple of older bullet cameras that were an absolute pain to setup. These cameras connected immediately and have a great picture. The app is very user friendly

App is ok now. But the bigger view by default was better before. But I can't give it more than one star due to STILL NO ANDROID/GOOGLE TV APP. The shield and Google TV needs this.

Better than ring. I have both. And when I try to get on ring to see who's at the front door rings rakes too long and the people are gone. This one takes me there withing seconds

Its a really great app, and the camera's night vision is much better than expected. I got the kami mini. Not using it as a security camera, but a pet camera, and is working great so far! The only downside is it prompts you to buy kami cloud storage almost every time you open the app, but otherwise it's been great.

After last update, live button still doesn't work, time line in full screen cannot be shown, there is no time stamp, when you want to see recorded videos, first event of the day is automatically chosen and not the last, which was not case before. Full screen icon is on the same place as sound on/off icon. So I don't know what is actually fixed with latest update.

My husband and I have been using the kami for over a year as a baby monitor for our nursery. It worked great and we used it all the time all day to check in on her. The latest update makes it harder to use and it's not as user friendly as before. It seems to take longer to load, and more errors while loading. I can't play back on a full screen, which I was able to do before. And for whatever reason it takes 2 taps to make it full screen, when it was just one previously. The app was great before

Latest version (3.0.1_20210902) lacks so many basic features on the playback screen that were there before. Time/date stamp no longer shows on playback and you cannot scroll through the timeline on full screen view. Also defaults to 00:01 today when I open the app, not to a live view. So I have to drag through the whole day to get to 'now'. Also defaults to cloud storage, even though I only use an SD. Why would you take this basic functionality away and add so much extra work for the user??
