Useless Airline App. You can't even check-in in the app you get forwarded to the Lufthansa Website where no Data has been transferred you need to look up you reservation number or etix before, hitting check-in, then enter all there again, and if you enter Swiss Reference Code it will not find booking in Lufthansa you have to enter the E-Tix Number WASTE OF TIME, SHAME ON SWISS take a class from United or Aegean how a decent Airline App works!!!

They are trying to fool you when using the credit you have with them for a canceled flight due to Covid. The flight that I wanted was available on their website and was way less than the credit I have. Because of that, in the first 30 minutes of the conversation, the lady wasn't able to find the flight in the system. I got mad, asked to talk to a manager, the flight suddenly appeared, but there was no pricing. I was put on hold for 40 minutes, to hear that they can book only a more expensive.

It doesn't get much worse. The app won't find your reservation if you don't add the middle initial to you first name. Duh. If you check in on the web, the app won't know you're checked in. Duh. Worst airline app I've seen and a stain on the otherwise stellar reputation of Swiss. Their aircraft and service is great. Just don't bother with the app.

Like others have mentioned, this is an annoyingly, frustrating app for several reasons. 1. Can only access one person at a time on the same itinerary. It shouldn't ask for individual names and reference number who are on the same itinerary. 2. People need to refill the same reference number and passenger names again to manage the trip. 3. WHY does it need to access my photo/video files to show the trip map? (It showed the individual itinerary without the map when it wasn't given permission.)

Terrible app. It does not store your data from previous flights (flew one way with normal online check in and wanted to check in with app for return flight and had to input most of information again). Also for the "middle name" field it only allows one word and max 10 characters. I have 2 middle names on passport so cannot fill in. Fix the basics please.

I've had a very difficult time retrieving boarding passes with this app. This was a large contributor to a non-refundable missed flight a few days ago. I was running late, so I tried to use the app to check in before arriving at the airport. The booking wouldn't show up, so I arrived just barely past the 40min check-in window. I would likely have made my flight, but we will never know and I'm out 100 Euro. 😑😑😑

Unusable. Every time I enter the booking confirmation number, it shows my itinerary, but when I switch to a different screen, it forgets it and requires me to enter it again! It also has no information about my boarding passes, or my fellow passenger despite asking me to enter their information.

Buggy - doesn't seem to save information entered, even when I've logged in with flight number and/or miles and more information. Hangs frequently, most distressingly while processing a transaction, the result of which is then impossible to find. I had to call customer service to check the info, which defeats the purpose of the app.

Both app and website need work to make the experience up to par with other airlines. This only adds to the frustration when booking extra leg room and priority boarding is below par as well. I would have expected more from (the) Swiss.

terrible and non informative. the app nor company doesnt even tell you that when checking in, when entering your name, the format isnt FIRST NAME then LAST (like 99% of name entry conventions) its FIRSTNAMEMIDDLE together THEN YOUR LAST NAME. I had to call and wait on phone for 45 minutes before tech support told me this. Bad design and counterintuitive. do better Swiss Airlines im sure youre making millions of dollars on baggages fees per year.
