Improved my rating for this. App is still not polished too much work needed in this app. However the overall broadband experience improved a lot since last two months. Earlier I had issues everyday and support was so pathetic but now a days not much connectivity issues. Support still needs improvement but better than earlier. Keep improving and will re-rate to 5*

Worste service i ever seen. Friends dont go for this broadband for technical issue they are not going to resolve even 3 days over.They are just timepass for any issue. I had subscribed 150Mbps speed but i am getting below 100Mbps. They can not resolve this problem from last 3 months. They cheat me billing for higher speed and giving leeser speed. Worste experince with this

Worst internet service. My internet is not working from last 3 days. Nobody registers complaint and when I register complaint on app it shows that complaint is already registered but no engineer is assigned. It's better to go for private internet service.

Very Pathetic Service, After using 1st Month speed down to 17 MBPS, then gave request for shifting of connection before 12 days ago but still no response from Technical Person, Nobody even bother to follow up which Ticket raised by Users. I am not recommended this to anyone.

This is worst broadband network i have ever used, app don't respond, customer care don't respond. I have 100 MBPS plan i don't atleast 1 MBPS, my mobile internet speed is better than this, Because they false promise of 100MBPS speed, my work is being disturbed and never even coming back to youbroad or suggesting to any of my frnds.

I was unfortunately subscribed for broadband services. Initially it was a good experience, but then the service, technicians suckled! Nonetheless, your complaint is solved, they don't let you register other complaint! Net speed is worse vis a vis jio mobile net speed! Pathetic state of affairs for Indian MNC! NEVER SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR SERVICES, TILL DATE HAVEN'T BEEN REFUNDED AGAINST THE DEPOSIT!

I'm using you broadband past 7 years. Previously the services were good. Nowadays they care only for money. The services are very poor. The service people won't even respond. Past 3 days my internet is down and they still haven't resolved.

I'm living in Visakhapatnam, In my area there are only 3 broadband networks are working. (Act,bsnl and you broadband) Among them you broadband is affordable.Most of the times the network is stable and fast all the time. Some days the network has been drop,but only for few minutes like 10 to 30 minutes.Not at all a problem.I have faced 2 times in a month 🙂.Gud fibre net✌️

Very very very poor quality network, I have used it form last 5 days but in last 5 days 2 or 3 times WiFi is not working so it's very horrible for me. Zero star rating service please don't buy it please.
