Still waiting for my verification email! I feel like a fool buying this watch. I should have read the reviews first. The watch did paired up with my phone but that's all I can do with it. Back in March I bought a brand new step tracker for $1.50! The watch was from 2015. The software was old but it least it worked on my tablet not like this watch. I put a new battery in it and it worked fine but the watch would reset itself. This watch is no better. Going back to Walmart tomorrow.

Just bought the watch and the app will not allow me to set personal data or sync with the phone. The Notifications setting will not save. All data that the app will allow you to set is erased once you close the app. Also loses bluetooth connectivity constantly.

Just bought the watch a couple hours ago, I was excited to get it hooked up but now I'm seeing that there are some issues. My phone isn't wanting to stay connected and the app will not allow me to change any of my personal information or update heart rate/steps. It is quite frustrating I hope the problem gets fixed

Stupid App! I just bought a new watch and am continuously attempting to connect it to the app. Yet it isn't working and I've done everything I could to get it to work. Such a bad app and highly unprofessional.

This app is in need of a major upgrade/update. The app will not sync with the watch. I am unable to update the weather , personal profile, or track steps. I understand this is an older version but it is still being sold in stores. Please update for our best experience.

I've had this watch for three and a half years and still have yet to use it. I can get it to connect to my Google Pixel 2 XL, but it won't sync. And since it won't sync, I'm not able to utilize all the services that you say is available. It's really disappointing. Looking into finding something different. 😠

I downloaded this app on my laptop because I don't have a phone that will work with this app and it wouldn't let me pair my iTouch curve with my laptop. My laptop is also a chrome book that turns into a tablet so it should work but the watch doesn't recognize or like "pick up" my watch and the app is also no help at all. Sorry but please don't download this app if you don't have a smartphone.

Not Good enough does not synchronize properly and the apps don't work well with the app the phone the camera option brings up the volume instead of opening the camera

Trash. It will not sync my phone to the device. Only works my phone calls. Can't get it to work. They need to update this to work with itouch curve on Android phones. Don't get this app.

This app doesn't have the option to change the watch face to different faces. Nor does it have the option to allow you to see the time when turning your wrist over. With that being said, it's a waste of time and money. You guys need to upgrade the features like the wearable app, where you can have the option to do what the other app in wearable does.
