It does exactly what it says it does. My stock camera/video app didn't have the option to lower the quality of the video. This made the video file too large to share. Now I have no problem sharing. Thanks developers.

Changes camera settings. It doesn't alter videos you already have. Sort of misleading.

It is a camera app that lets you to choose in which resolution you want to record your video at and set the fps. It does not convert videos in your gallery...
