The South Coast Radiology Patient App is used by patients to securely access images of scans performed at a South Coast Radiology practice and to also request appointments. After your appointment, you will receive an SMS text message asking you to activate your account. Tap on the link in the SMS and follow the account activation process. Once activated, you can securely access all of your images through the iVue App. Please Note: Your images will reach your account 7 days after your appointment. You do not need to register your device or set up your pin again if you have another study performed at South Coast Radiology. The 'Request an Appointment' feature allows you to organise a visit to one of our practices. Please enter details of the imaging required and take a photo of the referral form filled out by your doctor to submit. Our friendly staff will contact you to organise and confirm the appointment. If you need assistance with the South Coast Radiology iVue Patient App, please email [email protected] with a description of the problem. Note: Your doctor will be able to access your images and report as soon as they are available. You should always discuss your results with your doctor.

Very pleased. I'm able to view my scans, and read the report. Much better than having to remember to bring X-rays with me. Works very well. (I couldn't view anything until the specialist had phoned me the results).

Had an X-ray. Was notified that results were complete. Ivue app not showing anything. No contact number to discuss issue.

The app was fantastic when I first used it. However I can't say that now. As I am under a Neuro team my scans are important to me. These are showing as offline and unable to open....very disappointing

Have the app installed. Used correct password etc and app completely freezes. Not happy!!

Under a team of 15 Neurosurgical specialists and scans are continuously off line making it tedious when I attend appointments not only for them but my referring GP. Please fix this issue as it is hard for new surgeons to gain access or new specialists. You are putting lives at risk by always having things off line. I can't send to their email as it is continuously off line. Fix and I will give a better rating. As it stands my health issues and surgery are being put off.

Usually pretty good but currently and over the last few weeks. All my scans and X-rays are saying off-line and it goes to a black screen when i click on one. Then not responds and i have to force close from my phone.

Sorry but this app is not good. Constant freezing & inability to move forward. Only way out is to close :(
