This app would be great if I could view and edit the photos of my house. It's 2021 why the hell doesn't it have full support on Android? You know like 60% of all people on earth are using Android right? I can't even do it through chrome because the second I search for my address it just launches your stupid app again!!!

I can say i like looking at the website, rentals is something im interested in. Found a home .. Zillow never responded. I contacted a local realitor to assist with buying the house. A month later i get messages &phone calls from zillow on assisting with purchase. I let them know i tried and had to go another route due to lack of response. I bought the home in may through a local realtor. Here it is 6 months later & im still recieving calls & texts regardless of my previous responses ??

Why don't they show the lot size anymore? This makes no sense, I'm switching back to the Realtor app. Also, the new format of saved searches was changed, now it's cluttered and not user friendly. If it ain't broke, don't 'fix' it!!

Easy to use. As of Jan 2021 however the new division between "agent-listed" properties (set as the standard and first to show up) and "non-agent-listed" properties, does make it more difficult to find what we are looking for as we now have to search twice. This move by Zillow seems only in the interest of their bottom line and not to help their users unfortunately. There are other apps that won't make certain properties hard to find. Update: Zillow has still not changed this.

Zillow has more integrity than Redfin. It has been quite a few times that I noticed the square foot of the same property is inflated on Redfin while Zillow, Trulia and other sites are showing the same data. The estimate on Redfin is trash. The algorithm sucks and doesn't make any sense. It doesn't take into consideration of location or whether a property is back on a major road. Redfin is sneaky that it's estimate is always higher than the asking price to pressure the buyers and please the selle
Surprise Me
Update 10/26/21...Previously 1-star bumped up to 4-star. OK...I was a little rash with my 10/26/21 review. The update was a big one and substantially changed the layout of the "Saved Searches" portion. After using the new format...I like it. It actually makes going thru my various saved searches. It would be a 5-star except the "Sort" function no longer works.

Wrong values, updates whenever it wants to. This app is junk for home shopping. We just pulled our house off the market for the winter and decided to stay. This app arbitrarily dropped our home value 30k for no reason when all our neighbors stayed the same. False information!!

Very, very behind in new listings. Does not update it's listings so that a closed sale still says pending. Also keeps showing as new, listings already viewed. Useless app, especially in this market where you have to really be on top of things. Don't even bother. Edit: continues to show as new, houses I've viewed more than once already. Super annoying. 11/21: wow things have really gone downhill. a lot of inaccurate info on the listings lately.

Everytime I open the app, it shows me listings that I have already looked at (now several times) as new and unviewed. This bug has existed for almost a month, and is really a letdown in this current competitive market. It also occasionally has a display bug where my favorite listings don't show up unless I re-save them. I will give a higher rating if the devs fix these issues.

Very misleading in regards to applications.. Quick as heck to accept my funds of 29.99 for unlimited applications, yet there's only a few that accept the applications and only a few you can submit before all of a sudden. The buttons don't work!! I want a refund!! Only able to submit a few applications nothing is unlimited especially for 30 days.
