Worst customer service ever. Don't know which time zone they support. They will ping you whenever they ever want and only for few seconds. Even if you responded back immediately, they will sleep for another day. And ping you something else. Upload link in the app doesn't work. You would be lucky enough if your machine is running well.

4.5 stars for the Rotimatic machine (a life saver). But the app clearly needs a lot of work. Connecting to support is easy and accessible, however, folks at the support center are typically what you would encounter at a call center (you will have to explain the same thing to multiple people who call or chat with you). App connection is mandatory otherwise Rotimatic asks for the connection everytime, which is annoying. App is pretty much useless other than easy to chat with support team. Unless there is a app feature allowing remote startup of rotimatic, I don't see a use if app.

App is fine. Product is not worth 1000$. Writing this review after using the machine for 2.5 yrs. So i have lots of experience using this machine. Unfortunately with the monopoly - - their parts are not available anywhere else. Delivery takes anywhere between 2-3 months. Customer service is horrendous at best. No service base in US. No 24*7 availability. Machine has too many software flaws. I got mine replaced and still its the same story. There is no sense of ownership/responsibility in the com

app is okay, but the product is not. make sure you purchase an extended warranty without fail to have an option to use this machine beyond 1 year. the real wear and tear (for pans, kicker, other moving parts) start showing up after 1 year where you'd need the real technical support (mostly replacement or fox + wait for 4-5 weeks). but in anycase consider that you are spending about 1000 bucks for 2 to 3 years and then you will have to buy it again as the machine doesnt last beyond that.

The app does nothing, except help configure wifi connection for the rotimatic during initial setup. The rest of the review is about the Rotimatic customer support. When you start having problems, only way to contact them is via chat and typocal response time is few hours. Then the agents would just give a comment or two and disappear. Then another 2hours later they say they are closing the complaint because the customer didnt respond.

happy with the customer service.. recently facing some issue and was never believe that they can fix it while sitting miles away... I can't say much abt the product only that am happy the way it make roti for me.. but if u not buying it with the thought that what will happen if it get broken... trust me they will help .. thanks deepak , piyush and sunil for all ur help guys.. cheers

Horrible support and app! I downloaded because i needed support. Support team will forward you bunch of cleaning videos for all problems. You keep cleaning your machine and finally you give up. Every 3rd day they will message you letting you know they are closing the case. Each time a new agent! Pathetic experience!

App as well as service both are pathetic. There is no customer service phone number to contact. They will contact whenever they want to irrespective of not knowing which time zone the customer is. Very bad experience.
