I have a Vibe+ and everytime I try to change the watch face from my phone, after a couple of seconds after pressing "synchronization" and the "initializing" starts it eventually says " request failed". My watch is fully charged, and I'm getting frustrated. Plus the support number does not work. HELP!

When it syncs and stays synced, I think my watch and app are really good. I have the 3plus vibe+ pro. The watch is fine and does everything it should, pretty minimalistic but overall I'd give that 5 stars. Where it falls short for me is that I've had it disconnect and not pair with the app until after I've reset the watch to factory settings. I've had to do this twice in the month I've owned it, and have lost all my saved data in the app as well doing an uninstall reinstall.

I have the vibe PRO it's an awesome smartwatch for the price BUT there are a few things they could add to it. Like a medicine reminder, some more watch faces that are classy or whatever, and it would be nice to know what poor, average, good, ect, means on the sleep face and what the number above that means and what the indicator bar means on the sleep face. I have looked everywhere and cannot find info about the sleep face on the watch and what it all means.

This is the second watch in a little over a month, the first, the vibe+ stopped holding a charge after a week, the second the vibe +pro will not reconnect to me phone app. Disappointing and thinking about changing all together to fitbit.

I have the pro model, battery is great, screen is good, GPS is great, HR tracking is good and it has some great simple smartwatch features.. But i feel like there is a lot lacking too. For example Altitude readings fluctuate wildly between 20-30ft all the time, its super annoying. Sleep data is only tracked through certain time periods. Watchfaces leave a lot to be desired. Also should be able to let timers and stop watches be used in the background. Same with workouts. Hoping for upgrades!

Terrible App. Will not allow me to login or connect the device at all. It only says network down try again. This had been for 4 hours now. Just return it and buy a better product

Have had this watch approximately 3 weeks now and works just fine, I do wish that the quick reply for texts worked but I knew when I bought it that they had taken it off, hopefully they will bring it back with an update later, other than that I think it is worth the money

This is my second watch from your company in less than 4 months. The first (HR+) stopped working abruptly and wouldn't power back on for no apparent reason. So I bought the vibe model about 3 weeks ago. And although it seemed much better at first, for the last 3 days it WON'T CONNECT no matter what I do. This is total b.s. and I'm about to return it to the store.

Update website and packaging due to quick replys no longer supported. Might return my vibe+ due to not doing what it says. Does everything eles though and love the sleep tracker and heartbeat reader, but othera do that also.
