After the recent update it seems to be working fine and faster in general even when connecting to the wallet again, so this is nice. It would be great if it was possible to have access to a timer to ingore short-lived disconnections as much as the user liked and just get a warning initially instead of an alarm.

App works great for a short while but if you happen to be a rear pants pocket wallet keeper then it's useless because once you sit on this wallet it loses most of its advertised functionality. e.g. beep alerts and led light alert, two way monitoring between phone and wallet etc,etc. The Mobil app is less than intuitive with instructions being vague at best. It's explains how to use convenient features which would be useful if found in practice.

Right now i have 3 problems with this app 1. It's crushing very often 2. Connectivity loss when APP closed. 3. App not alarming me (with sound) when i left my wallet behind me. Please Adjucat me if i am missing something, otherwise fix it ASAP

Worked great for just under a month. I used to be able to press the button on the wallet and call my phone, and vice versa for the wallet. Was great for before work. Or when leaving behind. Now however I could not find the bag on app for 3 days, and now I can but the app constantly crashes. Please fix, an amazing product when it works.

Like you have to occasionally you have to uninstall and reinstall I think the app needs an update but it works very well but once the app gets more improvements I believe it will be something people use more.

Worked great for like a day now it absolutley will not connect. Deleted and reinstalled. Restarted phone. Nothing. App is useless

Got today as X-mas gift from my daughter. Installed app, got wallet to pair with phone and that is about it. It shows the location on the map, but will not perform the "Smart Find" Function which is why my daughter bought. Images on instruction manual are extremely small and incomprehensible. What brown button, another button you can not tell what it is. Going to give it another try, and then...regrettfully....tell my daughter to return.
