Looks like developer of this app is not on the budget... App have so much flaws the major one is that the streaming buffers are store in RAM instead of cache... Which Hang the mobile in just 15 mints of streaming due to memory full... + the online player is not even third class quality... Getting services plugin from other companies are preferable.

I installed the App on my phone and on my LED TV and it's working best without buffering but when I wanted to install it my another TVbox device, it did'nt accept at all and a massage was sent that the App already instaled in mutiple screen, after receiving this sms I removed the App from my mobile and then wanted to to go and sign in but once again the massage was sent, please guide me why did like this? I would like to ask that when I am the customer of PTCL and I have a landline from the company, why I cannot use the app in multiple devices? Regards Shahid Raza

The app is good alternative, but why the video resolution is always very low for all the channels? I am using PTCL broadband 6 mbps . Even when I run this app on my smartphone while being connected to another WiFi network (NayaTel) having a speed of 25 mbps, agian the video quality is low. What is reason behind this.? Would ptcl ever be able to solve this issue? Or it would become a useless app. Please clarify

Thank you PTCL for facilitating us to watch TV on our smartphones. But, The video quality is very poor even on my 8 Mbps PTCL WiFi connection. Whereas, on same WiFi, other apps(like YouTube) can easily show videos in HD 1080p wothout any buffering. However when i switch to 4g mobile Data, the video quality becomes better. Because of this, i need to buy a data package everytime i watch use the app. Improve the app so,it consumes less internet data bandwidth andeasily run on my WIFi connection.

I am surprised by the way Ptcl has created this app. Literally the app has a very poor software skin. I have tried 20 times till now and have found out that the sign up button is placed over the sign in button as a result I cant even sign in to my account. I have even tried to rotate my screen but however the screen doesn't rotate in the app.

The picture quality is too much blurry, despite having good Ptcl internet connection, complained to Ptcl call centre many times, everytime a representative makes a lame excuse that this app is High Quality supported not High Definition, for it you need to buy Smart box to view HD.

It's almost a month and no live channel is functioning. All you see is a freking sign of "loading" and it stops working afterwards. Would you please look and fix it..? Or we should opt out of paying hard earned money for free...?

Poor resolution despite having a connection of 8mbps. Takes forever to buffer. Gets stuck every other minute. PTCL should improve the quality of this app. Thank you. 😊

The PTCL smart TV app has been down for a month now for a long time. PTCL will have to fix this problem. And Explain the reason why PTCL does not include its own channel PTV Sports in the application.

Good initiative by PTCL but I am sharing my experience and sharing it for new commers. I asked for new connection and they installed within 1 hour (only good thing). They confirmed me that smart TV services available in your area but refused once they installed internet. They confirmed me that we are offering you 8MBPS in RS. 2460/month but charged Rs.3000 /month by excusing and relating tech error. Now i am complaining issue but still waiting. Smat app not excepecting username and paswords😕
