Was great..lately my game allows me to play, then next day the coins I used are still gone, but it makes me pay to play the game again, after it erases my previous score as if I never played. This happens with the daily event and some of the event challenges...I have spent coins for nothing!

I, too, have been locked out with the deletion error message. I, too, had over 300 coins. I, too, just uninstalled. Great app while it lasted. Zynga has yet to address this 2 week issue, which is unfortunate. Your customer service can use an overhauling. September 8: too bad the new version made it a bust. So many glitches. Please fix.

Gane has had some issues since the last update and change to the format that has lessened the enjoyment. The keyboard is not as responsive and the timer starts before the grid is fully loaded, both adding seconds to the total solving time. There has been a few times when I have finished the puzzle but it was not accepted and I had to replay it. My streak has been reset several times in error and been reported but the problem still exists even though I was told it's being worked on. Still waitin

Pretty dull really, but the puzzles are just easy enough that this is a handy way to kill 5 minutes or so during your day. EDIT: Revamp has ruined this simple app - Slow to respond to inputs, screens are ugly and confusing, and little / no opportunity to gift "friends" anymore. Less entertainment in the name of trying to monetise every feature.

Not only is the new version excruciatingly slow but this is the sixth time I have completed a daily puzzle, received my stars, and checked that it shows on the puzxle calendar.....only to have it come up later that I need yo resume the game. I just did today's for the third time! Liked this crossword game for years nut it's not fun anymore

This update is awful. Too bad, I liked the game, but I am done fighting with it. It won't load properly, doesn't save my progress and is slower than anything. Don't waste your time. Doesn't even deserve one star the way it is now. They should have just left it alone.

I had an update, but then I lost my connections with my sister in law. I could see her time etc. Now I've lost her, tried inviting her. Maybe she can see my time. Idk. But still like playing the game. Helps me keep my brain active. Thx

Do not like the new format. Can't finish extra events unless you spend coins. Also, have to restart phone in order to play more than 1 puzzle!
