WHATCH OUT!!! After a few weeks using this filter, you will realize what great mistake it was signing up with them. 1. Phone will start freezing and not responding. 2. It will block random apps and sites that should be open and was always open. 3. Your requests will be ignored. 4. And when you'll call in, they will NOT help you but give you a nasty attitude. Keep back as far as you can, there are other, reliable filter companies out there that you can trust.

Paid for the app. It didn't register me, so I thought the payment didn't go through. I paid again, then saw that both payments went through. I have emailed them many times but they don't respond. Very bad service!!!

After signing up, spent all week unsuccessfilly trying to cancel the subscription. Netspark support repeat the same impossible to complete instructions. Will have to take it up with the credit card company. Why not have actual customer service?

It really slows down the phone! now I know why it does do that, because it needs to connect via a VPN, otherwise, I would recommend to people that are interested in cleaning their life from the porn industry, I just wish that they spent a little more time making the app look much better.

Very bad. First try, second and third app wouldn't install. Tried a week later but won't install for free trial without credit card. With little more than a 3 star rating and reviews of poor customer service I won't give them a credit card.

They block the bad sites.... but also lots of harmless sites like work related pages and a page to order coffee, for example. Then there is a button to request access for that page but there is no acknowledgement that your request was received nor does it seem to be taken care of.

I've used this on my phone for a year now. Overall I am thoroughly pleased. Gave four stars simply because I believe the layout could be more aesthetically pleasing. Can be a bit confusing. Thank you so much guys!!
