Pokud dodavatel nezaplatí DPH je označen jako "nespolehlivý plátce" a Vy jako odběratel ručíte za jeho ne-odvedení DPH. Jestliže dodavatel daň nezaplatil, musí ji uhradit ručící firma = VY!

Aplikace Ověření Plátce DPH jako nástroj včasné kontroly automaticky upozorní pokud se kterýkoliv z Vašich dodavatelů dostane na "černou listinu" nepoctivých plátců DPH. Upozornění je možné zapnout také pro insolvenční rejstřík (ISIR), nebo firmu lustrovat manuálně v obchodním a již zmiňovaném insolvenčním rejstříku. 

V nastavení aplikace lze mimo intervalu zvolit omezení přenosu dat na pozadí pouze při připojení k Wi-Fi, takže nebude docházet k čerpání objemu dat z datového tarifu Vašeho operátora. 

Vyhledávat je možné za pomoci našeptávače dle názvu, nebo IČ firmy. Není tedy nutné znát přímo DIČ hledaného dodavatele. Veškerá data lze následně přehledně filtrovat. 

Spolehlivost dodavatele aplikace kontroluje výhradně v oficiální databázi Ministerstva financí. Vyhledávané subjekty nejsou ze zařízení odesílány, nebo jakkoliv dále použity a vše tedy zůstává plně ve Vašich rukou.
