Absolute disaster to order food and drinks. Prior to getting on a train which is going to be about 5 hours we asked the steward if we can get food on board and she said we could via the app. We went on the app to order food and after about 40 minutes we managed to get the order through. An hour later our order still hadnt arrived so I asked the steward who said the order cancelled and we can try again through the app, app is still not working. Very frustrated. Would vote 0 stars.

Absolut disaster. I am sitting in the train right now, my ticket is not recognized by the web browser ordering system. So I guess no food or coffee for me. Thanks

Operator not picking up almost 10 minutes, 1minute listening to some unimportant text. On ticket theres not clear if transportation is bus or train. Assuming was bus, i missed the train, no refund, not able to reschedule my ticket.

Unbelievable that ordering is done by link to web browser... First time it went Okey but next time it took our money and didn't send a order. Staff in train said they can't do anything about it. Unbelievable. I would do app like this in one week...

I need to log in via browser to buy refreshments? Fine! Why does it say that there's no catering on board? Why do I buy business class then? Either make it work or remove the feature!

It's impossible to order food. App doesn't let me pay. Stewards don't know how to help. This is the worst app ever.

Horrible experience with regiojet, three times the cartering option is not available, plus the employees should learn how to speak politely... very rude and uneducated personnel

After the massive update on 3.08.2021, crashes on startup regularly (only every 3-4th start successful). Problems with OneTicket seat reservations display and payment. Very high latency of the back-end data exchange. When looking for tickets from Liberec, departures from the central bus stop are not shown, only some funny spot in the city center. And: Do NOT apply pressure to your developers in Brno! They are so sweet and helpful but what crazy system you request from them.
