The reason the widget info doesn't work is because this app in location settings doesn't have permission to allow access to location all time only access while using the app. This app needs access to location all the time in order to show info in widget. installed another WiFi widget app called ”Wi-fi Info Widget” and it does have permission to location all time and that one works perfectly. The dev can fix this in location permission but so far left it broken.

Nice concept. But most of the time it shows "no networks found". Reported this to the developer, but have not had the pleasure of receiving any reaction. Six months later and no reaction or any improvement.

Love the customisation available for the widget - but very disappointed that the name of the connected WiFi network keeps changing back to "ssid unknown" after a few seconds. I think this is because under Android 11 (and also 10?), apps have to specifically provide the option to "Allow all the time" access to Location, which is needed for the ssid to be constantly displayed - but this app only has "Allow only while using the app" access to Location. Surely this is a simple change, one which would make the widget the best on the market?! Have contacted the developer on a couple of occasions about this, but never had the courtesy of a reply.

In the past years I was quite happy with the Pro version and the widgets were working fine. But since a few months I have the same "unknown SSID" issue already described by others. Several updates later... but the problem is still there...

Could it be possible to show the Dist: in FEET instead of meters, in the WiFi-Info screen? Your sister app "Network Signal Info" has a settings feature which gives 4 types to choose. "WiFi Overview 360" lacks a settings feature.

Connecting to a new wifi network for analysis seems to be broken with latest updates. Dev's have been emailed but no reply... I use this tool a lot!

Works OK but insufficient privileges requested to allow widget SSID to display, shows mostly unknown.
