Was ist der ICD 10?
Die Internationale Klassifikation der Krankheiten, German Modification (ICD 10 GM) ist die amtliche Klassifikation für Diagnosen in der ambulanten und stationären Versorgung in Deutschland und dient der Verschlüsselung von Diagnosen bzw. Todesursachen.
Die ICD 10 GM ist an die Erfordernisse des deutschen Gesundheitswesens angepasste Fassung der ICD 10 WHO. 
Das DIMDI gibt die ICD-10-GM im Auftrag des Bundesministeriums für Gesundheit heraus, sie ist gemeinfrei. Ihre Anwendung erfolgt im stationären Bereich gemäß § 301 SGB V und im ambulanten Bereich gemäß § 295 SGB V.

What is the ICD 10?

DIMDI publishes the ICD-10-GM on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Health, it is in the public domain. It is used in the inpatient area in accordance with Section 301 SGB V and in the outpatient area in accordance with Section 295 SGB V.
