This app used to be quite convenient for sending faxes. Now the fax feature is gone. It was the only thing that I have used. This app now has zero value to me and I am gonna unistall it.

This app requires to use the portal via browser to use even basic functions as confirming an address. Just as german as you'd think the Deutsche Post would be.

Die App ist ganz gut, aber der Service insgesamt muß noch wesentlich verbessert werden. Keine Einzugsermächtigung möglich, keine Dauerueberweisung möglich (info Hotline) jeden Monat manuelle Überweisungen. Die Push Notifications funktionieren auch nur bedingt. Bitte unbedingt Service verbessert und ein paar app features einfügen.

Bisher kamen nur interne Mitteilungen und die ohne Benachrichtigung. Daher leider soweit absolut keinen Mehrwert. GMX bietet nun, was die App hätte werden sollen.

Vergessener Service ohne Vision. E-POST wird beworben als "Digitaler Briefkasten - Ihre Post jederzeit und von überall erreichbar". Die Postankündigung würde da perfekt reinpassen, gibt es aber nur bei GMX/WEB.DE. Schade dass bei dieser Kooperation mit externen Firmen der eigene Service vergessen wurde. E-POST ist quasi tot. Seitdem ich diesen Service nutze, habe ich noch NIE digitale Post von Unternehmen bekommen. Postankündigung hätte den Service belebt und nützlich gemacht. Verpasste Chance!

Es funktioniert nicht, einen Brief an die GEZ zu versenden. Fehlermeldung in der App gibt keinen Hinweis darauf, woran es liegen könnte. Musste es über die Webseite machen und vorher das PDF in eine Bilddatei umwandeln. Das PDF hat die E-Post-Webseite nicht akzeptiert. Armes digitales Deutschland.
