The transfer from the old app went well but first time I tried to use it today it was not working, just saying the service is not available and I should try later. There is no information about unavailability on the bank's web page so I can only assume it is the app that is not working properly.
Red Flag
Absolute trash. It blocked my account completely and now I have to wait for a letter to get a new PIN and unlock it. Until then no access to my money. Brilliant way to lose customers. I already opened account at another bank without useless fees. Bye bye VR.

Again a monolingual app i.e. German only. English is my 3rd language but at least make it available in English. It doesn't let you take a screenshot so you can't use Google translate.

Horrible. The worst banking app on the planet. Deleted as its impossible to set up numerous trips to a branch and even the staff that work for you dont know how it works.

Pretty unsatisfying! I need to download the App from abroad (China). But it doesn't work. What am I supposed to do? Any other options? There's also no Option to download it at the huawei App galery.

Schlechter geht's nicht! Es handelt sich hierbei um eine TAN-App. Die App kann die Tan NICHT an die Banking App übertragen. Die App kann die Tan NICHT in die Zwischenablage kopieren. Entweder du merkst die die Tan oder schreibst sie auf, wechselst zurück in die Banking App und tippst sie ein. Was habt Ihr bei der Volksbank geraucht?!?!?!
