The only thing that matters about a transit system is reliability, and Flixbus has cancelled two busses I was depending on within the last month alone with less than 24 hours notice. I simply cannot believe how inconsistent this service is. Only use it if you don't particularly care if you arrive at your destination.

I had a payment failure 6 times and the customer care was absolutely useless. They gave me a standard useless response even after telling them that I tried all those options. Come on guys. If you don't want to serve the customers in a geography, just shut down your ops. There is no point in serving a clientele and not addressing their problems.

FlixBus used to be better, but the service fees are getting ridiculous. there's no reason to charge an additional fee for an online purchase, and now they won't even let you book multiple trips at once. Also, the prices on the US site, international site, and app are all different.

The buses are great this far. The drivers are kind and curious but, extremely upset with seating. 1 out of 4 I got my reserved seats. Driver should insure that reserved seating is proper. Im very uncomfortable with my seat location right now and it seems it's that way for the next 6 hours. Please do something about this issue.

Would not let me cancel my ticket. And the costumer service phone is just a bot. The site it faulty and the cancellation button doesn't work. Just lost over $100. Would never recommend.

I took a bus today. When I booked it, it says electricy and Wifi offers on this bus. However there is no electrify or Wifi. This is a fraud. Be careful! Will never take their bus again.

For the most part, I've always had a good experience with flixbus, but today my bus never showed up. Waited for 2 hours. Called customer service and they said the bus skipped my stop. Never gave me any notice or anything. Just didn't come. And then when I try to get a refund, they make it difficult. They need better customer service and communication. I was supposed to go see my family for Thanksgiving and now I won't.
