    The worst service. When having a technical problem with the app, there is no personal to help you out to solve the problem at the trains stations. The solution is to contact the customer service. - Train connections are 90% not on time. - Unfriendly personal - When buying a ticket with the app, the transaction takes your money but doesn't give the ticket, (confirmation) which is annoying because to solve this problem, one has to call the customer service.

    Horrendous experience. The app kept saying that my train ICE826 was about to depart at a certain platform. I waited there. Then all of a sudden the app started stating that my train had left. I had to go to the ticket office where an impolite clerk informed me that I missed my train and I had to buy another ticket for the next one, full tariff. This is not fair. I recommend all travelers to stay clear of DB and of their app.

    The app is okay... I've experience every now and then problems while buying tickets. Sometimes the server does not respond, I guess this happens when multiple people are buying tickets. Nevertheless, the IT team should prevent this from happening or buy additional servers.

    This app has made great improvements since release, planing and regional commuters work great... BUT for a while now, I can't purchase tickets anymore. It says "Session expired", "Not logged in" and a couple of weird errors messages... I've tried everything, logging in again, reinstall the app, tried several versions... A public transport app that doesn't let you purchase tickets is just not worth more than two stars!

    Completely useless app! You pay for the tickets, but you don't receive one or at least an email confirmation. Managed to buy a monthly ticket using the the browser on my laptop, I received the pdf but I can't upload it into the app. Now, I have to print it. Paperless? Really? This app it's just a bad joke!

    Getting better, English localization is still not complete. Unfortunately, you still need two separate apps to handle your tickets and bonus or status points. I'd wish to handle both in only one app instead of crowding my phone with unnecessary "micro function apps" doing only one tiny thing. Update: Getting even worse with every update - now login issues. Won't accept correct pwd and blocks account. Useless. And with the next release (after 10/12) the error just persists. Really?!

    Not bad, but still needs some UX polishing and better English localization as not all parts are properly translated. Some more features could be added, like allow to buy seat reservations for multiple people if I would like to buy reservation after purchasing tickets. Also, if reservation was bought after the ticket it would be good to see it in the ticket info, not just in an additional email.

    The worst App ever. Can't change my personal detail when realising that I accidentally purchased a ticket for my mum. There was no proper purchase overview before completing the process. I would be more lucky to use old fashion vending machines. Deutsche Bahn is still not fit for the 21st century.

    Same issue as many others. Haven't been able to buy tickets for weeks, if not months now. No matter which payment method. Update: Can't login anymore via the app. Just reloads the page each time I try. No issues logging in via browser. Still a sad excuse for an app.

    Booking problems, money is withdrawn but no ticket in app. At least the money gets refunded after a while, but annoying still. Still happens: 10. August 2021 I believe this issue is now fixed with the new handling of the login: 26. October 2021
