Die Anwendung wird zusätzlich zu den amtlichen Auskunftsportalen der Bundesländer betrieben und liefert erste allgemeine Informationen über den Grundstücksmarkt.

Amtliche Auskünfte über Bodenrichtwerte und weitere Daten der Gutachterausschüsse bleiben ausdrücklich
den jeweiligen Landesportalen und den örtlich zuständigen Gutachterausschüssen vorbehalten!

Ebenso unterscheidet sich die Informationstiefe je Bundesland, da diese Informationen ländersache sind.
