This app has been a hit and miss with its offers and games. There have been a few times I have activated an offer and buy that food or beverage item, but the offer isn't applied. The staff says it's the app issues. Another example is the Hockey Play Game where I have had 3 days of a scorer scored, yet my points total doesn't reflect this. Hence the one star.

At first I really loved the app. One can put your favorite place where to order. There was a possibility to simply re-order something, whenever in a rush, it's easy to order and pickup. That feature no longer works, always get the message it's not available, though you can order it from scratch. Tim Hortons please fix this!

Got this app to play the Hockey Challenge. It's been 2 years and the app still can't get the game notification reminders to work at all. Also just when you think you have a winning streak going to maybe get the 7 day steak challenge, the app spits out the error that "We are having some issues loading the game for you. Please try again later." and doesn't work for a night and ruins your streak. I think are too many people on 6 day streak and don't want to give that many free coffee for a week.

The idea was good but the implementation isn't user friendly. App is clunky. Often gets mired in infinite loading screens with no proper attempt to correct itself. Clearly it's not very well tested before new features are implemented. Perfect example is roll up to win. Most people let their wins pile up, only to discover they need to set HOURS aside just to account for the animation to play (after loading of course). Kinda seems like intentional plausible deniability. Just saying.

This app frustrates me every time. I literally have to launch it as I'm getting off the bus, several minutes away from Tim's because that's how long it takes to load. Forget opening the app while you wait in line. It sometimes takes a minute or more to load the menu, and each time I use it I often have to force close and reopen. It's been a few years now with little improvements to the functionality and ease of use. I have no problems with other popular apps of this kind.

Doesn't register scans half the time, roll up the rim didn't work more times than not. Physical cups were better. Online folks tell you to work with store staff, store staff unable to fix and direct to online staff, then they say can't see problem. New of recent, offer activations don't pick up at the store, so you think it's a coupon, they don't give it but then just say, not sure it's not working. Seems like scanning code of conduct scam.

Every time I try and log into the app I get a blank white screen as several otgers have encountered. Is this to discourage the many rolls that people are getting ? Very frustrating indeed !! Definitely no stars as i have not been able to access my account. I guess its a blessing in disguise that i set it to auto award many months ago otherwise i would not have gotten my free tea's . But apparently to post a review you have to give it at least one star !!

Doesn't load, blank white screen. App is also misleasing because it will show offers which you activate, but then once you're at the check-out window, have to pay full price because the item apparently doesnt count (even though app shows breakfast sandwich, not all count. Same applies to wraps etc. App should show which items specifically qualify for the offer). Offers should automatically be activated. *** Currently missing out on any roll up the rims because the app wont load!

Aside from collecting points the app loses so much funtion. Can't even order lunch through the damn thing as it just removes it from the menu and doesn't put it back even though it is within the designated lunch hours. Also does not have the option to remove cheese from the items I want. What kind of app doesnt let you customize your food like that? Picks what store to get delivery from for you so you have no choice in options. I don't understand how an app can be this disfunctional

So garbage. Have gone to multiple locations and every employee is confused when you tell them you have a mobile order. Heaven forbid you click "pick up" instead of "drive through" as it will completely break everything at the restaurant and no one will know how to fix it. One person going to a counter instead of a drive through window will delay everyone's orders by 5 mins. Amazing how poorly executed these mobile orders are. I'm uninstalling this garbage app and never going back.
