Does what it needs to, but the servers are often really slow, and the interface and prompts are "lacking" at best, at least it uses simple ways to confirm besides still being implemented absurdly bad in some places, like for online shopping, it's atrociously annoying to use. i'd use another authenticator if I legally could.

The app worked great, until recently. It now refuses run on my device (running LineageOS) for "security reasons" (I assume this is caused by SafetyNet failing). There should at the very least be a "I know what I'm doing"-override, for people who prefer to have control over their devices

Bugs, bugs, bugs... Enabling biometrics results in an error. Scanning the NFC chip of my passport in order to transition to MitID results in an error. Honestly, it feels more like a beta version than a production release.

Galaxy note 10+ and I can not use the fingerprint scanner on the latest update. That pulls my rating from 5 to 1. Please fix this issue as it worked perfectly fine earlier.

Compared to other authorisation apps it's very clicky, i.e complicated for such a relatively simple thing. And with the latest version(s) biometric login does not work after a while. You have to reinstall the app but that only fixes it for a short time. Cumbersome to say the least...

Suddenly had problems with biometrics sign on (Samsung galaxy s21 ultra) After 2 weeks of not hearing from support, they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. That worked. The reason why I didn't try that in the first place, were because their standard answer here to others in the same situation, was that this error was because of an Google update. Edit: Dropped to 3 stars, as I once again had to reinstall the app for Biometric to work again, which is a pain in the butt, because of the 1 hour waiting time mid-install. No other apps I use, suddently looses the ability to biometrically sign on.
