The APP as of 12/09/2021 will not connect at all. Samsung says it's a Resound issue, ReSound thinks it's a Samsung Bluetooth issue. Unfortunately, we're caught in the middle.

This app worked okay with my Samsung Galaxy S9 but it is not working with my new Galaxy S21 5G. I have been back and forth with Resound techs and have tried everything that they suggested and nothing has worked. I keep having one or the other hearing aid to disconnect. The only thing that helps is to restart my phone but I am totally frustrated 😠 with having to do this several times a day. They need to fix the issues with their app. I can't recommend Resound until this problem is resolved .

Messed up a good not great thing. New update won't allow hearing aids to connect. Dozens on reviews saying the same thing. The only response? "Hey sorry please email support." How about you fix what you broke? Update to the past version fix your new one then release it. Unless you are putting me on the payroll or refunding what I paid don't ask me to do your work. Fix your problems

Very disappointed with the app and or hearing aid. Cannot add anything more to the many other complaints, appears we all have the same problem an NO SOLUTIONS PROVIDED! No I will not email you as your hollow responses to my provider wouldn't be any different with me, I'm sure and I have already spent over an hour with your support staff by phone Very disgusted after 4 months!!

The app is poor. It requires me to agree to terms & conditions at least once a week & generally several times a week. This is ridiculous. The app says hearing aids are disconnected on the home page when they are connected in the status tab. This is a big problem since one must use the app to change the volume or mute the hearing aids. Need to get these issues fixed.

The Bluetooth is a real problem with this hearing aid system. I am not sure if it is there hearing aids or the software but something needs to be done. One or both of my aides loses Bluetooth connection multiple times a day. Sometimes if I walk away from my phone it will work 20 feet away with no problem. Other times it doesn't work in my shirt pocket. I will never get resounds again.

Does not work well with android 12 which is new. Drops the connection a lot. I use have to reconnect the Bluetooth again and then reconnect the hearing aids to the app. This is my workaround. The app works great when it is connected. And it worked great with Android 11.

Makes very expensive hearing aids useless. Have had hearing aids for about 18 months. Before software update, eveytime devises hit charger. A settings are lost. So every day. You have to totally reset the units. NOW. with new software update.. it WILL NOT find hearing aids. Will NOT hook to Bluetooth. Never an issue before. Now. Have to go thru 10 steps and MAYBE it will connect. Maybe it won't. Don't EVEN try two devises. Forget it Turns some very expensive hearing aids into Total junk

Why does this app need location all the time!? At least in previous versions I could get by without location but not in latest version. Even with location on, I'm forced into Demo mode because it can not connect to my hearing aids. At best it connects to one.
